Vinyl has become one of the hottest trends out there today in home decor and gifts. Decor Elements from Stampin Up! has become one of the most easiest products that I have seen to use and I have found many different uses for it. You may have seen in earlier posts where I used it for Monogramming items, but I wanted to show you a project where I used it to make a cute Christmas Shadow Box last weekend.
Supplies Used: Shadow Box & Christmas Picks from a local craft store
Definitely Decorative: Jingle All The Way Red (Item # 114708)
I hope you like it. Let me know what you think and as always if you would like to order click the SHOP 24 Hr picture on the top right of this page or click here now.

Hey all,
Here are some great swaps that I received recently from a Stampin Up friends:
Stamped by Sharon Skelton.
Stamp set: Dasher (#116816)
Paper: Gold Cardstock, Vanilla Cardstock,
Ink: Versamark
Accessories: Gold Embossing Powder, Petals A Plently Embossing folder, Champange Shimmer Paint, Oval Sizzix Die
The base of the card is shimmery gold card stock and layered with Vanilla. She embossed the greeting and Dasher with gold embossing powder. She used Petals A Plenty embossing folder with the Oval resist technique. (see technique here ) Then it looks like she sponged a little Champagne Shimmer Mist (from the Holiday Mini Catalog) on the flowers.
Stamped by Mary Hall.
Stamp Set :Scenic Season (#115354)
Ink: Versamark
Paper: Whisper White, Shimmery Silver, Not quite Navy, Snow flake punch, Rhinestones
The base of the card is Whisper White and then layered with Shimmery Silver card stock that has been embossed with the Finial Press embossing folder. The oval scallop frame (sizzix) is embossed with the same folder. She embossed the trees with white powder on Navy card stock. A little die cut snowflake and clear rhinestone brad finish it off!
Stamped by Sharon Burkert.
Stampset: Berry Christmas from the Holiday Mini Catalog.
Paper: Whisper White, Real Red
Ink: Real Red Classic, Always Artichoke Classic
Accessories: Petals A Plenty Embossing Folder, Merry Details Sizzlet
The base of the card is Whisper White and the Real Red card stock layer is embossed with Petals A Plenty. There is a bird in that set also but saved the task of cutting it out by using the coordinating Sizzlet, Merry Details. (Holiday Mini Catalog)
Stamped by Rhea Hughes.
Stamp Set : Autumn Splendor from the Holiday Mini Catalog.
Paper: DSP Paper, Sage Shadow Cardstock,
Ink: Ruby Red Classic, Chocolate Chip Classic
Accesories: Chocolate Chip 1/4 satin ribbon, Sage Shadow 1/4 satin ribbon,Gold Brads
Uses the unique color combo here of Sage Shadow and Ruby Red with a bit of some Chocolate Chip ink and ribbon, too.
Stamped by Kimberly Allen.
Stamp set: Berry Christmas from the Holiday Mini Catalog.
Paper: Rich Razzleberry Cardstock, Vanilla Cardstock, Soft Suede Cardstock
Ink: Rich Razzleberry
Accessories: Frost White Shimmer Paint, 5 flower punch
Rich Razzleberry, Vanilla and Soft Suede are striking together! The vanilla is shimmery and I think she rubbed the Frost White Shimmer paint on the edges and dotted the flowers on the embossed Razzleberry.
Stamped by Susan Gudmunson.
Stamp Set: Dasher
Paper: Night of Navy Card Stock, Shimmer Silver Cardstock
Ink: Silver Encore Ink Pad, Night of Navy Classic Ink
Accessories: Modern Label Punch, Eyelet Border Punch, White Oranza Ribbon, Filigree Designer Brad
stamped with Silver Encore ink on Night Of Navy card stock. She used the Eyelet Border Punch on our Shimmer Silver card stock layer and White Organza ribbon with a Filigree Designer brad. The greeting is stamped in Navy ink and punched with the Modern Label punch.
Hope this gives all of you some Christmas card ideas. I will be posting more swaps soon from the Chattanooga regionals.
Thanks

I was thinking the other day that I wish I could have all of those wonderful wide ribbons in the SU catalog. I am so ribbon poorand would love it all, but alas, at $8.95 per roll, it just isn’t gonna happen. That’s when I thought, maybe some of my stamping friends out there would like some too. Here’s the details:
This share includes 2 yards each of the following: 1″ Double-Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (Real Red, Chocolate Chip, Bashful Blue, & Rose Red), 1 1/4″ Stripped Grosgrain Ribbon (Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip, Old Olive, & Basic Black), and the 3/4″ Polka Dot Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon.
That’s total of 18 yards of Stampin’ Up! Ribbon for $18.00, plus Shipping $2.00.
HOW TO ORDER: Email me at stefen@guystampin.com. Include your name, e-mail address, shipping address, phone number(s) and a detailed summary of your order. I will then send you a Paypal invoice via e-mail.
I will order the ribbon for the shares as soon as groups of five are full (you will be added to a group when I receive your Paypal payment).
Backorders and shipping time from Stampin’ Up! to me are out of my control, but you can rest assured that the cutting, sorting, and mailing will be turned around as efficiently as possible on my end.
