Okay all,
I am still cooking and wanted to share yet another wonderful recipe that I made my own. I cooked it for bible study group last week and everyone ranted and raved about it so i thought i would share with you.
Chicken StoveTop Roll-ups
Ingredients:
6 Chicken Breasts
1 Box of Chicken StoveTop Stuffing
1 Cup of water
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup of milk
1 can of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tsp. of dill
1 tsp. of Montreal Chicken Seasoning.
Directions:
Beat out the chicken breast until really thin. Sprinkle the outside of the breast with dill and chicken seasoning. Now take the box of Stove top and dump in bowl and mix with a cup of water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Dump in the egg and mix. Take your can of soup and mix with milk next and set aside.
Now take your chicken breast and lay un-seasoned side up. Take a spoonful of stove top mixture and spread thinly on the chicken until completely covered. Now roll up the chicken breast and put toothpicks in to hold it. Place in disk with seam side down. Do this for all the chicken breasts. Lastly take the soup and pour over top of all the chicken breasts. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
I hope you like this because it will become a staple in our house regularly. Let me know what you think.
Hey all,
For those of you that don’t know me, I love to cook so much. I so wish I had gone on to Chef School at Johnson & Wales. For this new year 2010, I am starting a new tradition of posting a recipe of the week on the frontpage of my blog. In addition, I have a recipe section of the blog that I will update regularly too. Now don’t get me wrong, I am not going away from my Stampin Up roots, I am just adding to them. All of us have clubs and workshops right! We all need yummy recipes to share that are easy to make. So let me know what you think. Here’s this week’s recipe.
